Photos from "This Is Baltimore" - Saturday April 7th's Gold Stamp Party

On April 7th we launched our Saturday nights at The Baltimore House in a big way with Max and Mike from The Arkells coming in to party and drop some beats up in the DJ booth alongside Adam Burchill. Oh, and, uh, did we mention it was also Adam's birthday as well? And that I (Grant) really enjoy confetti cannons? All these ingredients combined to make the launch of This Is Baltimore's first *Gold Stamp event one for the books. Big thanks to Ben Telford for coming down from Toronto to take the photographs!

*We'll do one of these every month. When the party is Gold Stamped you can expect... well, a lot more top-40, Adam Burchill and booty jamz than you'll get on the other This Is Baltimore Saturday nights, which will be awesome in a completely different way (*hint: house music and Jason Mante... enough said).

Brett and Katie start their night.
He just might be the best bartender in Hamilton: Kevin "K-Delay" Delaney doctors a couple cocktails.

Pretty sure I was playing "Niggas in Paris."

Brett Winestock hangs with Baltimore girls Sarah Perkins and Catherine Anderson.

Lauren and Max, fresh on the scene.

The Mulberry girls all up in this bitch.

Jason Mante: a force to be reckoned with.

"Cinderella through the room, I glide and swan because I'm the best slow dancer in the universe."
The party lives here.

I love these things!

Max loses shirt; night takes turn for the awesome.

As the night progressed, the triviality of clothing became more and more apparent.

"Drivin' ma' car, not givin' a fuck": the new dance craze that's sweeping the nation

On the bar with Mike DeAngelis, post confetti cannon blast.

The situation was kept under control by the presiding referee, who made sure everything was indeed "on side."

The illusive Adam Burchill and Jason Mante up in the booth.

Baltimore House angel doesn't know what to make of such excesses... "It was like nothing I'd ever seen before."

Nick Perkins takes a time out behind the Maryland Bar.

"You're tearing me apart Ella!!!" Jimmy Skembaris looks on.

Brett Winestock, visibly upset that the night is winding down, is consoled by Anna Peterson.

Catherine Anderson ladies and gentlemen, Catherine Anderson.
